Guest Guest
It's time for us all to return to our 'favorite' thing. Who's found a new 'relative' in the past few weeks? Living or dead counts. Quote Link to comment
logcabinmama
Well, we haven't found a new cousin for a while, but, we/Old Pine has a cousin who has a web page and he has put some pictures on it. There are some of people we knew when they were alive. Also, there is one of Old Pine's Great-Grandparents on his dad's mothers side. Ok, now, do I have you confused?? Quote Link to comment
Homesteader
I was thinking of starting a web page with alot of scanned family pictures. Anyone have any suggestions for free/cheap providers? Do you think I need to have it password proected? Quote Link to comment
logcabinmama
That would be a great idea, Momo. If you are concerned about people getting in that you don't want in, just don't put any pictures of those living I think it would be ok without a password. Or if you put the newer pictures in, just don't put last names with them. Old Pine's cousin has their names there and there are a lot of other names of those living too. In fact, I think our name appears on at least 2 or 3 of Old Pine's cousins sites. I have a site at 50 megs. It is free, I just wish I knew how to update it. Quote Link to comment
Guest Guest
Momo, if you find out how, let us know and you can do it for all of us. giggle I met a lady today who lives in the town where my great-grandfather lived. She says there are a lot of 'Tucker's' there. Quote Link to comment
