Stephanie Posted June 11, 2009 Share Posted June 11, 2009 Hey y'all! I was doing some prep rotations and found a very nice glass jar of Planter's Peanuts...dry roasted and EXPIRED! I was determined to save them, so I decided to try to season them. I looked around at some recipes and decided to try this one... http://southernfood.about.com/od/peanuts/r/bl90129e.htm I changed it a bit, you know I have to make recipes my own, but oh my!!! They were so good. NOTE: When I opened the peanuts, btw, the vacuum seal was audible when it broke and they were perfectly fresh. But, I decided to go ahead with my plan. Enjoy!! Link to comment
