CrabGrassAcres
I have been reading "Living with Lupus" by Henrietta Aladjem. She talks about how studies done with monkeys on using alflafa sprouts to reduce cholesterol had a surprising outcome. A large number of the monkeys developed Lupus when they ate the sprouts. Seems it might be a good idea to avoid them, especially if you or a family member has an autoimmune disease. Link to comment
