Friday Again!

Boy, the time is flying by but it seems to come to a dead halt during my three days at work! This is the latest we have stayed in this area and now I know why. This town has a population of about 2000 and I am pretty sure most of them have left also. Two weeks from today we are out of here too. Stocked up on vities the other day -- should be good for quite a while.

Yesterday I did a liver/gall bladder flush to get rid of any stones there. Today has been a cooking day. Made cheddar biscuits, Chicken enchilada casserole, Peach Pie and guacamole for us (Not all for today) . made potato salad and cherry dump cake for our park cookout tomorrow. Still cook only on days off so that's it for now.

The weather is in the upper 80s now with pretty much no humidity. Wednesday back down to the 70s! Six more days to work! Woohoo!!
