size of xygen absorbers

Sorry. I know I ask alot of questions on here but I'm new to storing for the long haul. Could someone please tell me about sealers and mylar bags. I was wanting to seal enough food in the food saver bags for one meal for two people. I have the 300cc oxygen absorbers and was wondering if that was too much for a pint of dehydrated food? I plan on putting several of the pints in mylars bags. And would I also need to take all the air out of the mylar bags if the contents are already sealed with oxygen absorbers in food saver bags? Please help. Thanks for helping everyone.
