Guest Guest Posted October 7, 2003 Share Posted October 7, 2003 Does anyone know if there is anyway to can velvetta cheese? You know the 2lb. logs that usually sell here for $3.99 each. I would like to be able to maybe melt it down like cheez-whiz and can it to use for nacho dip or to have for on mac-and-cheese, I think it would keep longer. Thanks for any ideas. Or, depending on how long you want to keep the cheese, you could wax it. I did some for Y2K, and the cheddar still looks good, but I'll bet it's too sharp to eat, by now! Quote Link to comment
