Judy Moist
This fudge is a little different, but really creamy and delicious. You will not believe the topic of conversation your fudge will be when they discover the secret ingredient... 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, sliced (secret ingredient) 1 cup butter 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 cup chopped nuts 2 (16oz) boxes powder sugar 1/2 cup cocoa Spray a 9x2 inch pan lightly with non-stick spray. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt cheese and butter together. Stirring constantly, until smooth. Add vanilla and nuts. In large bowl sift together sugar and cocoa. Pour the cheese mixture into the sugar and cocoa mixture. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Candy will be stiff. Using hands remove candy from bowl and press evenly and firmly into pan. Because of the amount of butter in this recipe, pat the top of the candy with a paper towl to remove excess oil. Place in refrigerator to firm.... Then eat up and enjoy..... Quote Link to comment
