But, each pound counts. I lost a great BIG 2 pounds. See, it isn't much, but if I can keep it off, it will be that much less I have to get off later. Guest Guest Posted December 3, 2002 Share Posted December 3, 2002 Ah hahhhhhh!!!! I KNEW my watching my food consumption would pay off SOMEWHERE!!!! Put me down for 8 pounds. Too many buffet meals in Colo Springs without much exercise. I didn't overdo it on Thanksgiving either. I passed my doctor physical with flying colors today. Now if I can lose a few more and a few more and a few more. At 2 pounds a month, it will take me 15 months to lose my 30 pounds. But, if I can keep them off, it will be worth it. Thank you for posting. I am wondering where everyone else is. Have they given up? I hope not. Come on now lets post.
