Got sunburned at the festival yesterday while we were outside watching the maypole being raised and the Scandihoovian dancers. Wouldn't ya know I had to greet at church this morning with a red nose and neck with a white stripe where I turned my head and my neck wrinkled. Best Father's Day message I've ever heard today. I was shocked when I went out to prune off more yellow branches from my tomatoes when I saw 5 tiny tomatoes. Also some of the peas are almost ready to pick. We're planting Early Girl tomatoes in the Earthbox. Kids called DH so he's happy. One will be down next weekend and the other during the weekend of the 4th. gardnmom Posted June 20, 2005 Share Posted June 20, 2005 We had a great day.... the kids came over with food, cooked it over the Bar-b-que and cleaned up after. It was only about 67 degrees but sunny. Happy Father's day to all the Fathers out there. Link to comment
