If company calls, it is done by the time they get here. I never cared for angel food cake but this is sooooo good!!!! ANGEL FOOD PINEAPPLE CAKE 1 (20 oz) can of crushed pinapple in its own juice (juice and all) 1 box of angel food cake mix Just stir pineapple and cake mix together well with a wooden spoon and bake in an oblong 9 X 13 cake pan at 325 ° for about 25 to 30 min. That's it... Honest, it is that easy, no fat, very low calories, and tastes great. Serve with non-fat Cool Whip®. If you'd like you can sprinkle flaked coconut on top before you put it in the oven... When I made my first one I put coconut on one half and left the other half plain... I prefer plain so that's the way I made the one I baked today... Try it and let me know what you think!!!
