kaseyb (Supermom!)
I just found some vitamins tucked away in my cupboard. They were in a big pill case - so not in an airtight container at all. Some have discolored a little. Anyone here know if they're still safe to consume? I'm sure they've lost much of their value, but there is probably some value. So if they're safe - well, they're expensive so I hate to throw them out. Any thoughts? Link to comment
Guest Guest
ok to take? yes not to the short of it.. they will loose some of their strentgh/potency in 10 years.. so rather then 100% maybe they are 99.9% or even 98% oh heck could be 95% but no less valuable then at 100% clear as mud? where is the post on the military study on old meds posted? power out last night and my compuer crashed, using husbands and I am handicapped without my files.
