Kygal Posted October 8, 2005 Share Posted October 8, 2005 we had leftover chili for lunch. i put it in a lasagna pan and heated it in the oven then put a layer of sour cream on it and then covered it in cheddar cheese and put in in the oven just to melt the cheese and then we had layered chili dip with nacho chips for lunch. That way there is always sure to something for lunch besides sandwhiches. Also what doesnt get eaten within two days becomes "buffet" night! Lisa Spiker Link to comment

Once is a great while we won't get back to something and I have to throw it out but very rarly does that happen. I too make some things purposely to have leftovers as most casseroles chili's etc. are better the second time around. Link to comment
