Guest Guest
How do you use up the leftover bird? here's a couple of my recipe. Turkey Croquettes 2 pkgs crescent rolls 2 C. diced turkey 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2-3 green onions, chopped salt and pepper Mix turkey into cream cheese. Add onions and seasonings. Use 2 triangles of rolls and pinch cutting line together to make a square. Put a few spoonfuls of turkey mixture in the middle. Roll and seal edges and ends. Brush with butter and bake at 350 until golden brown. An easy sauce can be made by combining a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 C sour cream. Drizzle over croquettes. Turkey Rollups 10 slices of turkey breast 1 pkg Stove Top stuffing, prepared, or leftover stuffing 8 oz sour crean 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese Roll stuffing mix in turkey breast slices, lay in a pan. Mix other 3 ingredients together in a bowl and apread over the top of the turkey rolls. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Quote Link to comment
Guest Guest
Thanks for sharing they both sound so good. Kind of get tired of the turkey sandwiches and soup. I usually make a turkey pie. But these so real good. Quote Link to comment
