brightblessings5
Has anyone ever tried to can 'Hen-of-the-Woods' (also known as 'stump mushroom')? I canned honey mushrooms a couple years ago and they turned out great. Not so sure about doing the stump shrooms, though, and I don't want to waste them, but have about 20 qts in the freeze taking up too much room. Any suggestions? Link to comment
Guest Guest
pickling them is always an easy way to preserve them. If you use them in cooking, then canning with a pressure canner, water and a little and salt. Link to comment
