(Wal-Mart carries them $5.00 and really worth having) (moderators.. do we have a sticky for USDA or University Canning sites?.. I never looked) I don't have any recipes for venison as it is easier for me to eat goat then to go hunting. Now if it comes on my land.. fat chance with dogs which is a good thing actually.
