cartoongirl
I made some tortillas for the first time this morn. Put in the cast iron pan and browned them like suggested. I was expecting softer tortillas but they ended up a little stiff. The first tortillas was undercooked in the middle a little....so I had to fry them a little longer. Any suggestions. I like the recipe and we actually put cin ,sugar and butter on them and they were really good that way but not for rolling and filling, they would break in half? Link to comment
ricardo
Everytime I make tortillas I can never get them from the counter to the pan without them messing up. I end up with horrible looking tortillas. Link to comment
