Miles for June 18 - 24

Here we go again, another week is gone and I just haven't done a lot of walking. I did more resting than walking.

 

I put myself down for only 9 1/4 miles last week.

We are about even for this week Snow! I really need to try to go to the pool and start building some strength without re-injuring myself. But the thought of wearing a bathing suit in PUBLIC is very scary
