KimMC Posted July 25, 2006 Share Posted July 25, 2006 Ok need some help here. Last night I was up till midnight making cherry pie filling. I left the 1" of head space called for. When I took the jars out of the canner the all seeped. Some just a little one or two did a lot ( a few TBS). They all sealed quickly then stoped seeping. Can I trust thease seels? Or do I need to open them all take some out and recan them...Don't want to do all of that if they are ok, or if the same thing is just going to happen all over again! I've never had this happen before with a water bath caner..... Link to comment
