daisies518 Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 I have a Presto 16 qt. canner. I read all of the info on the weighted gauge vs. dial gauge, and I wondered what mine was (I just got it!). So I take it out and it looks like this.... http://www.presto-net.com/products/products.php?stock=50332 Anyway- is this ok to can with for now? Should I wait and get another gauge with numbers and such? Where would I get one? I'm lost!! Link to comment
Darlene Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 That is so kewl! I've never seen that type of weighted gauge, but it's definitely a weighted gauge for sure. You could rely on that vs your dial gauge to process your food correctly. Link to comment
