Unusual relief for itching

I have some sores on my arms that have been itching. Last night after I took benedryl and tylenol the itching/stinging/burning would not let me rest. Finally, at 3 AM, in sheer desperation, I grabbed my long handled vibrator that I keep handy for back ache and foot cramps and ran it up and down my arms next to the lesions. IT WORKED! THe itching/stinging /burning subsided immediately and I was able to finally get some rest.

 

Thought this unusual remedy might help someone else.

It also works to take very hot tap water, soak a washcloth in the water & wring it out fast, then apply the hot compress to the itches. Make sure the water is as hot as you can stand. This'll stop itches for me that even benadryl topical and cortisone won't touch!
