Taco Soup

1 lb hamburger, browned with 1 onion, chopped

Add: 1 pkg. taco seasoning

1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix

1 16 oz can pinto beans,drained

1 16 oz can red beans, drained

1 4oz can green chilies, chopped

1 16 oz can hominy, drained

3 16 oz cans stewed tomatoes

48 oz water

 

Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with grated cheese, corn chips, and sour cream. This makes a ton and freezes well
