moldy Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 Lemon Chicken (Ashley’s favorite) 2 boxes lemon Jello ½ stick butter, melted 4 tblsp mustard, preferably Dijon 1 tsp garlic powder chicken, chopped Mix first four ingredients together in a 9x13 pan. Add boneless chopped chicken (cooked or raw) – about 4 or so cups. Stir well. Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes or until raw chicken is cooked or cooked chicken is warmed thru. Serve over rice. this is a great way to use up leftover turkey, too. Link to comment
