Pizza Crust

Pizza Crust

1 cup water (baby bath temperature)

3 cups flour

1 tsp salt

2 tblsp olive oil

1 tblsp sugar

2 tsp dry yeast

1 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp Parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning (or herbs)

Mix all together well. Knead for a few minutes. Form 2 crusts on pizza pans, cover, and let rise. Bake 5-10 minutes at 450* or until light brown. Cool. You can use these right away or wrap and put in the freezer for later. When thawed, top with tomato sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake at 425* until cheese is bubbly (about 15 minutes).
