TXQFMom Posted July 29, 2008 Share Posted July 29, 2008 I canned all those very nice batches of blackberry jam! Being the organized type - I made notes on EACH batch. Type of pectin used, amount of sugar used, yields, etc. I had the jars all lined up in order waiting to be labeled. Last Tues we went to visit friends... that night I got sick... today is my first day back up. YESTERDAY my 15yos decided to bless me did he give me no did he give me no did he fix me a nice :cocktail: no HE CLEANED OFF MY DINING RM TABLE AND MOVED ALL MY JARS OF JAM!!!!!!
