Rezgirl
Chickenetti Mix together; 8oz package spagetti cooked until tender. (Angel hair pasta is what we use) 3 to 4 cups cooked, chopped, chicken 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper 1/4 cup pimento (optional) (I NEVER use it) 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 can chicken broth 1/4 teaspoon celery salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 onion grated 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese (or american) grated ( reserve 1 cup to sprinkle on top) Put mixture in a casserole dish and top with the reseved 1 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Note: More chicken can be added if desired. This has been a hit with many foster kids who have lived with us, most all kids like it. Southwest version- replace bell peppers with green chili. Link to comment
Stephanie
Rezgirl, I must have missed this when you first posted it. wow! it sounds absolutely delicious. It reminds me of my Chicken Rotel that I make, we often call it Chicken Spaghetti. I just finished a big dutch oven full of White Chili! Link to comment
