Add, maintaining self control, to your list. That may be the toughest thing you will have to do. My Monday is going fine. I'm canning Hawaiian chicken again. Just take some deep breaths when you feel the pressure getting to you. Kiss the grumpy 3 yr old. Hawaiian chicken sounds yummy , Homemaker! I had a very busy day at work catching up on paperwork all day in between customers. Not a bad day.....just busy. I expect this week to be busy at work. The last week of the month always has us playing the numbers game trying to close accounts. We had a cool day and expect warmer temps tomorrow with rain all day.
