bluegrassmom
Hey ladies. I have a pasta dish that I am wanting to take to a get together tomorrow, but the recipe book it is in has sprouted legs and wandered off. I need some help real quick! My first problem - my brain seems to have left the building with the cookbook. What is the name of that little pasta that is similar to a ravioli but it's not a ravioli?? It's usually stuffed with cheese and is shaped rounder than the square of the ravioli? I cannot for the life of me remember what it's called. So the recipe has that, chopped green pepper, chopped red pepper, chicken, chopped pepperoni, black pepper, and Italian dressing. If there is something else in there, I cannot remember it. It is always best on the second day. Soooo, if I put together the above ingredients, do you think that sounds good? Don't think the Italian dressing will be too strong? Link to comment
jakesnana
Bluegrass Mom You maybe talking about agnolotti pasta It is a cresent shape. If that doesnt sound familiar it could be tortellini. I make a pasta salad with the ingredients you listed with the addition of black olives. I have added sweet peas and tomatoes and it's great. Good luck with it. Gonna go make me a pasta salad, you made me hungry lol. Link to comment
