patience Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 I have a package of clear jel that I got from Barry Farm about a year and a half ago. Is this still safe to use? I was hoping to can up some apple pie filling tomorrow, but now I wonder if I should just order some fresher stuff. There's no expiration date on it. Hmmm, I guess I could make it without the thickener ....right? Link to comment
