CrabGrassAcres
I'd like to try some lactofermentation. I don't have access to organic veggies right now (hopefully will get a garden in soon though.) In the meantime there are a few wild greens that I could juice and ferment. Dock, and cleavers are up and lots of fresh green grass. Poke will be out soon, but I'm a bit leary of that one since the water has to be changed several times in cooking. I've searched the net and haven't found much. Any thoughts? Link to comment
