Meat Grinders--which is best?

Looking for a quick answer on what manual meat grinder to buy. DH is wanting to buy one, and I wnated to know what y'all thought was the best.

 

I am looking at #10's, #22's with flywheel, or #32 with flywheel. I think I prefer the flywheel kind for what should be easier grinding. Most I have seen show Made in China...Know of any recalls or issues with metal contamination on these?
