MrsClark Posted June 12, 2011 Share Posted June 12, 2011 I am canning chicken today, I have one quart sized jar and three pints, can I throw the quart in with them and if so, it would have to be processed at quart time, not pints. Correct? Would that over cook the chicken then? I am raw packing. Link to comment
