Jori Posted March 31, 2012 Share Posted March 31, 2012 I'm finishing up a batch of strawberry lemonade concentrate. It has a lot of foam. Can I use butter like you would to cut the foam in jam? And it so, how much? Best place to find a metal slotted spoon?? Link to comment
Violet Posted April 1, 2012 Share Posted April 1, 2012 No, don't add butter to this. It doesn't have the sugar to bind up the water to keep it from spoilage. Just let it sit about 5 min. Then use a clean metal spoon. I would not be too worried about the foam. Link to comment
