Meat loaf

Drain the broth and save for gravy. To 1 pt of meat add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup flour and enough dry bread crumbs to make a loaf. Use whatever seasoning you prefer. I vary it according to what type of meat I am using. You can shape the meat into patties then coat them with bread crumbs and fry for burgers, but I think it is easier to make a loaf and bake it. 350 until lightly brown on the outside and starting to smell good. Knife inserted should come out clean. Serve as you normally do meat loaf. Makes good cold sandwiches too.
