Snowmom Posted July 31, 2013 Share Posted July 31, 2013 Once again, I just haven't been on line at all most days this last week. Just don't feel like getting on. I am much better, and even took a short trip on Saturday, DD had to take her car for a check up and get some things done. We take it to a town around 80 miles away, the closest one with a dealer. It also has a Costco, I did walk a lot in there so now have been hurting. Oh well, it will pass, I'm sure. After not doing much for over a month, what can I expect, so a little hurting, I can handle. The Summer News Letter is done I just posted it and need to get it out in Yahoo yet today. *********************** Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile******** These will be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. What else can you think of that isn't listed, just add it and let me know. ************ I will say that I have been doing more walking outside and shopping, so am counting a total of 6 miles. So, I am gaining. This includes, stairs, dishes, house cleaning, weights, walking and shopping. Yes, legs are hurting, but, have to do it anyway. DH is still doing the laundry for us, so can't count that yet either. ********************************* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us?
