Guest Guest
There is a lot of wisdom here and I thought it would be nice to share some it with all the rest of us. I was reciently on a website where they started a thread called........ I have learned. I started thinking it would be a lot of fun doing something like that here. So I will start it off and you all join in as many times as you want with all your wisdom. I have learned.... Life is way too short to waste it being angry, upset, fearful, or playing mind games. We should embrace every moment as if it was our last. Hill Quote Link to comment
Guest Guest
Like you Hill, I have learned that lifes to short to finish a book I've started if I simply don't like it. There are too many books and too little time to get the ones I like read! Quote Link to comment

Deblyn
I can't follow that one................... Quote Link to comment
Guest Guest
lowie, I think it means that those grease splatters can be nasty if you're frying bacon naked, and that ironing the clothes you're wearing can lead to unpleasant consequences. Very practical lessons to have learned, I think . . . sg Quote Link to comment
Guest Guest
LOL, Blebbie! I have learned that it is better, and more important, to let my DD play with my hair, than it is to do dishes, or even spend time on the internet! Quote Link to comment
Deblyn
Seldiesgirl, when I said I can't follow that one, I didn't mean follow as in understand. I have known Debbielee long enough to well understand her post! What I meant was that I couldn't think of any post to follow her post that would have quite the same impact as hers............ Guest Guest
I have learned that ..... Children laugh 200 times per day and adults laugh 4 times. I knew there was a reason I never grew up. Quote Link to comment

Goose Liver
Hey Blebbie, how about this one, I have learned that sewing your clothes lasts much longer than stapling them... Quote Link to comment
Guest Guest
I have learned everyday is a gift - I can make good use of it or I can waste it. But when it's over, I can't change what I did with it. Quote Link to comment
