I'll find out the results next week when I have my appt. but I weighed myself while I was there today and I've lost 15 lbs. in the last 3 months. That makes 26 in 6 months which isn't a HUGE amount but its' the slower steady pace like they say works best. That 2 miles a day must really work! ------------------ Quote Link to comment

I know the dr. always said the slower you lose it the more likely it is to stay off. Yes, the walking sure does help. I know I need to get back to doing a lot more of that too.
