Bamboo Posted December 24, 2004 Share Posted December 24, 2004 I hope everyone made it through this snow storm okay, please check in and let us know how you are and how bad it is where you are. Here in the middle of the mitt (Michigan) we were on the fringe of the storm so we have about 5 total inches of snow. Temps are very cold, 7 degrees actual, wind chill is 7 below. We didn't lose power or anything like that, but the furnace hasn't stopped running. Link to comment

Linda Posted December 28, 2004 Share Posted December 28, 2004 what snowstorm??? we have about 6-8 inches i havn't been out to measure it yet. and it got down to -22 and the wind blew a lot. We had our wood stove going too here. which we don't use much as it affect DH's breathing. but with the wind blowing through as though all the windows in the house was open. Burrr!! I did go out and bank the house and that helped a lot. Link to comment
