Sprouts – Are They Really A ‘Wonder Food’?

Check out their nutritional benefits on this site.

Growing sprouts would be the best addition to a canned and dry food diet in tough times. If you can grow your own vegetables you can add additional nutrition and if you can't you can use a larger variety of sprouts. They are most beneficial raw added to salads like bean or pea salad or in a sandwich.
