I've done some research on this for you and while I find lots of great recipes for this, they've for normal every day cooking, and haven't been necessarily designed for pressure canning...

By the way, welcome to MrsSurvival! We're so glad you've decided to join us!

I'll keep looking though and perhaps some of the other ladies might know exactly what you're looking for!

Hi Marcia, and WELCOME!

I have been looking, but I haven't found anything resembling a potato/green bean/bacon mixture like you've requested.

That said, as long as you process for the item needing the longest time (the bacon? potatoes?) you will be safe. If you add quite a bit of bacon, you should process longer, I'm thinking. But if there is only a teaspoon or so, I would imagine processing for the potato time whould be enough. PRESSURE canning, I mean.

Potatoes:

Vegetables charts, etc... (adobe acrobat needed):

Pork Sausage (which is as close as I could come to plain "bacon"):

Wish I could've found more... and I'll try to keep looking.
