Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1 small onion, chopped

1 - ( 11 oz. ) can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup, undiluted

1 - ( 8 oz. ) container sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

 

Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Place in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 70-75 minutes,

or until the potatoes are tender.

Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer, or until lightly browned.

Serves 6.

 

Note: If you wish, season with a bit of black pepper,

and sprinkle on a bit of paprika over entire casserole,

before baking.
