If you start taking it at the very first sign of the flu it's even more effective. I'm not sure how effective it would be against the avian type but it's good for that achey all over, fever, coughing, scratchy throat etc etc one that comes around every year. Link to comment

I am loaded with elderberry jam...no problem taking that by the spoonfulls. Next year I will harvest to dry. At least I know I am on the right track with Oscillo, but gosh it was expensive! I also picked up a box of Zicam for flu - I got the night time.. so I can sleep through it. Link to comment
