Guest Guest
Pixie, don't copy them all, just copy a few things... raw pack, hot pack, light-med-heavy syryps, canning times for quarts and pints, and what vegetable-fruit-meat has to be canned at what PSI, etc. Print out a couple of recipes you think you would use. Know the difference between water bath canning and pressure canning. Copy and paste into a word processing file... save the cartridge! Link to comment
Leia
You may try a hardware store. Our Walmart, for some unknown reason, no longer sells the Blue Book. However, you can find them at hardware stores. That's where I got a new one when mine was never returned from a friend LOL!!! Shawna Link to comment

Guest Guest
Create a folder on yer hard drive to save all the great info from the web and every now and then burn the folder into a CD...then you can retrieve the info anytime you need it....less space than a binder and cheaper than buying ink and paper.
