High Blood Pressure

You might check out the possibility of Hawthorn. Also, be sure to find out what your cholesterol count is, both LDL and HDL. That would be something you would want to control also. Best way I know is to watch your diet and add oatmeal to it if possible.

 

Don't forget stress relief with high blood pressure. Diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes are really helpful if there's no underlying health issues.
