Grubby Posted February 20, 2007 Share Posted February 20, 2007 I used to watch Wife Swap until watching it got so aggravating. This family was more in the "naturalist" catagory. The only "survival" I saw was a few boxes and a trip to the basement. Does everyone have a hammer in their suppies? If you didn't see the show it was for knocking out an animal. Link to comment

And drinking water is bad for you? And what about those armpits?! No comment on the other family...they're over the top in the other direction.... That show puts people who are so totally opposite each just to see the sparks fly. It's irritating because it gives people the impression that people who are preparing are just a bit off. stacy Link to comment

Now my family looks totally normal. LOL The hammer in my supplies is just in the basement not packed up raeady to whack small furry critters. I didn't find any tips on the show like I had expected. The "survivalist" Mom looked tired,drab,and her gums certainly did not look healthy. I feel that it made people who do prepare look a bit off, but, my family will continue to prepare for whatever comes our way. Link to comment
