I love that stuff (Lime and Orange are also good) and have a good recipe, but it has Eggs in it (lots per recipe) and have never ever seen a recipe for canning. There are only two of us to cook for and only one of us eats the Lemon Curd, therefore I would love to can it in small jars - any help? Link to comment
SueC Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 I only make a small batch, and then keep it in the fridge. It will keep for ages that way. Then I would freeze up the lemon and rind in the right masurements for making more later. Sue Link to comment
