Ogre
So they had a Russel Hobbs juicer on TV reduced to £8. (Their £40 in the shops) so we bought one. Tried it out yesterday and was quite impressed. However, rather than use the pulp produced in the composter, can I use it to make Fruit Leather in a de-hydrator ? (It's all apple pulp at the moment because I'm trying to brew some home made cider). Ogre Link to comment
Leah
YES! If it's still moist. If it makes really dry pulp, you might want to add a little honey, otherwise you get brittle. (I like the brittle) grind the brittle into powder, then add the powder to recipes. Link to comment
