Guest Guest
Peanut Butter Sauce ½ cup sugar ½ cup hot water 10 large marshmallows (or 40 small) 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter ½ cup butterscotch syrup Dissolve ½ cup sugar in ½ cup hot water. This makes your “simple syrup”. Heat marshmallows in microwave until warm and puffed. (or stir over heat in a saucepan) Take out, add 3 Tablespoons warm simple syrup, mix well until smooth. Add peanut butter, mix well until smooth, add butterscotch syrup, mix well. Add 3 Tablespoons simple syrup, or more if you like a thinner sauce. Refrigerate leftovers. Should last at least a week, refrigerated. I’ve never tried Caramel sauce instead of Butterscotch, but it should be ok, just *different*. Quote Link to comment

Dee
This will be a big hit in this house Cat. Mr. Reci can eat peanut butter 24 hours a day seven days a week. Every two weeks we go through 5 lb containers of Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter that I buy at Sams Club. Quote Link to comment
