Free Booklets from Utah State Univ

Hi Everybody,

 

On another site I found reference to several booklets written by the folks at Utah State University. I think the 2nd booklet listed (Food Storage Cooking School: Use It or Lose It ) is particularly helpful when trying to decide how much to store for your family, inventorying what you have, etc. You can print the booklets for free.
