It's especially helpful to me because they've changed all the "laws" since I started canning! So this is a great refresher course. It's free and goes by pretty fast and at the end you get a certificate (which is nothing more than something to wave in the face of someone who thinks they're going to die if they eat something you preserved) I was afraid they would limit it to Georgians but they didn't! So for those of you just starting out or needing a review of the rules, this is a great way to gain some more knowledge. I'll see you in class! Link to comment
