TXQFMom
My garden got hit by army worms. Th everything looked awesome. Sa the dc said my zucchini were wiped out! By Sun I had lost 5 50ft beds... I picked everything that was not totally worm ridden. Soooo what if anything can I do with... unripe butternut squash, spaghetti squash, and a few small green pumpkins??? debating green pumpkin *apple* pie.... thinking trying the spaghetti squash... unripe butternut squash muffins??? Fritz_Monroe
Oh my goodness. I'm so sorry to hear this. I'd never heard of army worms, I'll have to take a look at them. Sorry I can't help with any suggestions, but I was under the impression that even though winter squash is usually eaten ripe, they are fully edible when green. Link to comment
